Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@kaftan.ae to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item and include the RMA number on the packaging.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team to facilitate the exchange process.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items:
